Car Lifts: Optimizing Space and Efficiency
Car lifts and automated parking systems are key to increasing car numbers in Vietnam today, where land is limited and living standards are rising. Car lifts are especially beneficial in densely populated areas, playing a significant role in modern society. They are widely used in parking lots and garages to efficiently handle vehicle lifting and optimize space utilization by utilizing sloped and elongated areas for traffic flow. Moreover, in automotive workshops, car lifts support mechanics by facilitating optimal vehicle lifting during repairs of various types of cars.
Advantages of Car Parking Elevator
Car Parking Elevator offer several advantages that cater to the needs of various facilities and businesses, enhancing efficiency and safety in automotive handling:
Depending on the building's architecture where the lift is installed, we use an appropriate drive system. If installed in a 2-3 story building with low speed requirements and a hoistway designed with OH<3600, it is recommended to install a hydraulic elevator with a 1:1 or 1:2 drive ratio.
For high-speed requirements ranging from 30-60m/minute, traction drives can be installed below without requiring a machine room above.
If the hoistway width is limited but you still want to have opening doors, then choosing 2 or 3-panel doors that open and close to one side would be the optimal choice for you. Conversely, if the hoistway width is wide and you want aesthetic design with wide opening doors, then 4 or 6-panel doors that open from the center to both sides truly offer great convenience.
Regardless of their design, car lifts must ensure safe, convenient, and efficient operation.
When using this type of equipment, customers need to consider basic specifications such as Overhead (OH), Pit depth (PIT), dimensions of the hoistway, and the lifting stroke of the lift.
The introduction of car lifts represents a breakthrough in the elevator manufacturing industry. This equipment provides convenience and helps solve the challenge of transporting cars in commercial centers, high-rise buildings, showrooms, and car garages.
